DESCRIPTION: A box containing a pair of vintage Sophos 1970s period rivoli cut, blue glass stones, cufflinks on gold tone metal.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: These cufflinks with rivoli glass stones were very popular late 1960-1970s. This pair have blue glass, pointed, rivoli glass stones in the original black box. The have a small tab that says ‘Diamond Cut’. The box is labelled ‘A Sophos Product’. The firm Sophos started in 1886 making spats, braces and studs. They are now a third generation company with a website and make a wide range of articles. They are based in Rutland.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: Usual size for this period cufflinks. Contact me for info. The cufflinks are in good condition – as is the box except for the piece of material linking the inside lid to the base. This has faded in stripes! Blue and maroon. Please see all pictures.
