DESCRIPTION: A pair of diamante clip earrings in the shape of flies or bees. They are mounted on a dark metal. They have two large stones to make the body and lots of smaller ones on the wings. They have 4 legs. The date is unknown.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Earrings are our best selling items in the shop at Alfies Antiques and I am always searching for unusual ones. This pair of diamante fly or bee earrings are a bit different! For some reason they only have 4 legs so cannot really be flies or bees! The date is unknown. They have two large stones for the body and lots of small ones for the wings. They are on a dark metal. They need to be worn a bit at an angle. They do not sit very well straight across. (As in the pictures).
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: They measure about 2 1/4 inches across the wing span. The condition is generally good. There is a little bit of a loss of the dark colour on the back of one of the earrings. Nothing that shows when worn.
