DESCRIPTION: A vintage Monet very dark grey faux glass pearls necklace with coloured stones clasp.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Monet was launched in 1937 and were at their most popular in the 1960/70s period. Their gold plating was particularly good and the jewellery was very well made. Please see my blog on Monet in Blog section under ‘My Notes on Manufacturers’ for more details. This necklace consists of an egg shaped, very dark grey faux pearl on glass with a hint of dark green. It is knotted and the clasp has diamante, black and dark green stones. I believe it to be vintage. The clasp is in the style of the 1950/60s. It is a push in clasp and works well.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: It is in good condition. It measures about 18 inches.
