DESCRIPTION: This is a large, vintage, Miracle bracelet from around the middle of the 20th century. It is in an antiqued pewter colour and has faux, semi precious glass stones and masks/faces pieces.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Miracle began making costume jewellery in Birmingham in 1946 and is still producing. They have always made Celtic, Irish and Scottish style costume jewellery. This masks/faces bracelet is one of the rarer items. It is on an antiqued pewter coloured metal. It has 3 large faux semi precious glass stones and 3 large masks/faces pieces. It has a ring clasp and a chain with a smaller mask. The links are typical of Miracle pieces. It is marked in several places. Please see my Blog on the firm Miracle under ‘My Notes on Manufacturers”.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: The bracelet is in good used condition. Please see the photo of the mark – difficult to photograph! The clasp is not quite the same colour as the rest of the bracelet so it might not be original. It measures approx 7 1/2 inches in length.
