DESCRIPTION: A vintage Marvella brooch with faux pearl flowers and gold tone leaves and stalk. Probably 1950/60s.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Marvella was one the trade marks used by the Weinrich Brothers of N.Y. founded in the 1920s. They made lots of pearl and beads items. Along with Trifari and Monet they were bought out by Liz Clairborne in the 1980s and the manufacture was moved abroad.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: the condition is very good. It is marked on the back – which can be seen in the second picture. It measures about 2 1/2 x 1 3.4 inches.
