Description
This is a large green Bakelite flower brooch from the 1930’s. It is made of dark green Bakelite with yellow streaks. The design would have been cut, not moulded, which was a lot of work. The flower and the leaves are two separate pieces, joined together with a metal pin. It is in good condition and measures approx. 4 x 2 inches. It was very difficult to photograph as it has quite a shine and is a darker shade. Good bakelite jewellery and collectibles are hard to find but I try to have some in my shop.
