DESCRIPTION: A Jakob Bengel, Art Deco, men’s pocket watch chain in a brick pattern with a green glass drop.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Bengel company was founded in the 1880s and specialised in chain manufacture. In the Art Deco period it switch production to Art Deco style in both chains and jewellery. Please see my blog on Bengel in the ‘My Notes on Manufacturers’ section of my blogs. This piece is unused and in the popular brick pattern.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: Condition unused and no deterioration of the metal. Just over 6 inches in length.
