DESCRIPTION: This is a c1930s vintage Czech. necklace. It has red glass beads and white metal filigree pieces chain. It has a central pendant part hanging with a bead drop.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This interesting vintage Czech. necklace has a chain at the top with red glass beads with filigree bead tops. There are long filigree beads and some darker metal beads – which may have had a white metal surface that has worn a bit. The drop is interesting. There are three red glass pieces shaped like an oval and small half circles of metal with red diamante stones. So glad this has survived intact.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: The condition overall is good for the age. The white metal plating on the back of the pendant has been rubbed from wear with the brass showing through – but there is no actual damage. As mentioned before – there are some round beads that might – or might not – have lost some plating. There does not seem to be any damage to the glass. It measures approx. 19 inches neck size with a drop of about 3 inches.
