DESCRIPTION: A vintage, Czech. filigree brooch with pink glass stones – both pointed and flat backs. It has a faceted oval central stone.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This Czech. filigree brooch is on a darkened (with age) white metal. The central stone is mounted upside down to show the facets -so the flat side is underneath. These filigree brooches were very popular up to about the 3rd part of the 20th century. I believe this to be c1930s but it might be a bit later.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: It is in good condition for the age. As stated above the metal has darkened. The stones are all present and the pin works. It measures about 2 inches across.
