Description
A long blue bead vintage necklace with ?silk tassel. This necklace came out of a shop that closed in 1972 – so it is at least 45 years old. The shop created necklaces with old/new components – quite a lot of the metal pieces being old Czech. items. There are eighteen ?Czech. foil beads in a blue/turquoise glass. These are interspersed with small blueish beads. There is a triangle piece of blue glass with a floral pattern. The back has an ornate gold coloured pattern. The necklace could be worn either way. The long tassel is contained inside a long Czech. brass bead cap. If the tassel is too long it could be cut. The necklace measures about 14 inches from the top to the glass piece. The total length is about 21 inches. I love the delicate colour of this necklace and tassel.
