DESCRIPTION: An Art Deco period long, bar shaped brooch on white metal. Black galalith with ornate diamante ends.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: These brooches were very popular in the Art Deco period and are very versatile. I think this on is galalith as it is not testing for bakelite. It consists of a long black bar with ornate diamante ends. The bar is supported on the back with a white metal frame.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: The condition is good for the age. The diamante stones are all present. They look original so are not as bright as they would be if replaced. The pin works well. Please see picture of the back.
