Description
DESCRIPTION: A large, lion’s head, brooch in a gold tone shiny metal. It has a diamante glass stone eye and diamante stones on the mane. This is also coloured with black, red and green decoration.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This ferocious looking lion is not marked – which is a shame! It is quite a heavy brooch and the colours are quite shiny. He looks good with his head up a bit or just looking ahead. I do not know the date of this brooch but it is the sort of item popular in the 1980s.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: It measures approx. 2 1/2 x 2 1/4 inches. It is in good condition. The rollover clasp works well. The diamante stones are all present.
