DESCRIPTION: A vintage black bakelite running greyhound dog brooch from around the Art Deco period.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Greyhound dogs were a popular theme during the Art Deco period. This one is in black bakelite with red dotted decoration. It is quite long. I can never get enough greyhound dog jewellery – it is always popular in my shop. This one has been in my collection for many years.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: The condition is good for the age. The C clasp works well. There are no chips. It measures about 3 1/2 inches in length – so it is long and thin!
