DESCRIPTION: A short, red celluloid, Art Deco cigarette holder with diamante decoration.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Cigarette holders were very popular in the Art Deco period. They were made in metal, celluloid, bakelite and some in more precious materials. This celluloid one has a diamante rondel in the middle. It unscrews at that point for cleaning. They do not take modern cigarettes with a filter but do take roll ups.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDIION: It is in good condition. It measures nearly 4 inches in length. It has a mark in a diamond shape – 3 capital ‘B’s. Unfortunately the photo is not very good – it was impossible to take!
