DESCRIPTION: A gold tone, vintage, Trifari necklace – probably from the 1960s period. It has hanging drops and balls and the Trifari hang tag.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Not sure of the date. The mark suggests a date between 1955 and 1970s. The private person I got it from thought 1960s. It has the Trifari hang tag and the back of the hook is marked ‘TRIFARI c’ Each of the hanging pieces has a bead cap and a round bead. The beads are in two sizes – small and larger at the front. It is adjustable – the hook connecting to anywhere on a short piece with no beads hanging.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: It is in good period condition. It measures about 14 inches with about 2 1/2 inches for the extension.
