DESCRIPTION: This is a multistrand, faceted, glass green beads necklace from the 1950/60s period. There are 10 rows of faceted aurora borealis glass beads in dark and light green. These are on gold tone metal pieces. It has a large dark green, aurora borealis glass stones clasp which reflects the light!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This wonderful, quite heavy, necklace with 10 rows of faceted glass beads certainly makes a statement! The clasp can be worn at the back or on the side. It has one disadvantage! It is only about 16 inches. Adding chain would really spoil it. It needs a small neck. I could have sold it in my shop at Alfies Antiques several times if it had been bigger – but I am sure there is someone out there who would look wonderful in it.
MEASUREMENTS AND CONDITION: The condition is good. The clasp really sparkles. The length is about 16 inches.
