Design Mo.Ro.Va. is (or was) an Italian company – based in Florence. Their designer – Roselia Zanobini – is inspired ‘by the magnificent craft tradition of the ancient Florentine Renaissance goldsmiths’. It has 19 charms – all beautifully made and some quite complicated. I have tried to show a selection in the various photos. The bracelet is more of a bronzed gold look – in keeping with the Renaissance theme. Some have enamel and some have diamante stones or faux pearls. I could look at them for ages! Design Mo.Ro.Va. used to have a web site but I can no longer find it so I do not know if they are still in operation. If you can get into my shop at Alfies Antiques you would be able take a look – it really needs to be seen! Of course it is not lightweight and the length is about 7 inches. It is in good condition.
