Description
This is a large, vintage, filigree brooch on gilded brass. I think it is Czech. It has a centre large diamond shaped glass stone in a mottled turquoise colour. It has 16 small cabochon glass stones in a plain turquoise colour. All stones are claw mounted. It is quite elaborate – having a filigree back plate with various components added to the front – to give a 3-D effect. Condition good – and it has darkened with age – which I like!
